Well that depends… black Americano coffee and black Espresso… all good. Drink till your heart’s content!… But start putting milk, cream and sugar in, and you’ll be packing on the lbs!

So moderate how much you drink of the black stuff. The usual recommendation is to have no more than 3 cups of coffee per day (not mugs). Alas, you won’t listen to us (Not even I listen to myself) so ENJOY 🙂
